We ship all orders from Gotland, Sweden to give you faster delivery times and better prices.

We ship to the following countries: Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

Norway
Delivered by tracked courier in 2-14 business days (remote areas may take longer).

Orders ship from Sweden; any import VAT, duties, or carrier handling fees (if charged) are the customer’s responsibility.

The shipping price is 150NOK, all orders over 1500NOK get free shipping.

European Union
Delivery in 2–10 business days, depending on distance from Sweden.

Orders ship within the EU from Sweden, so no additional customs duties on delivery within the EU.

The shipping price is 150NOK (59NOK within Sweden), all orders over 1500NOK get free shipping.

Rest of the World
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Customs, duties, taxes, and any import fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.

Deliveries to rural/remote addresses may take longer. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

The shipping price is 150NOK, all orders over 1500NOK get free shipping.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been processed at our warehouse, we can’t modify or cancel it (we can’t intercept parcels after checkout).

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We want you to love your SVALR routine. If something isn’t right, email hello@svalr.no with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

If a package is sent in return due to not picking it up within delivery date, you will not be refunded shipping cost.

Shipping Costs on Returns
We don’t refund the original shipping fee.

You’re responsible for return shipping costs.

SVALR isn’t responsible for loss or damage in transit on return parcels—please use tracked shipping.

Quality & Guarantee
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects only.

It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, ageing, improper use or carelessness (e.g., scratches on bottles from sharp objects).

Suspected Fraud
If an order appears fraudulent, we’ll place it on hold and try to contact you via the email/phone provided at checkout.

If we don’t hear back within 2 days, we’ll cancel the order.

Return Address
All returns must be pre-authorized. We’ll share the correct Gotland, Sweden warehouse address in your return instructions after you contact hello@svalr.no.
